New Horizon Foods is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead daily food service operations in a fast-paced, contract dining environment. You will oversee scratch-made menu execution, food production, inventory, ordering, and compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. The Kitchen Manager will schedule, train, and coach staff, ensuring a collaborative, respectful culture and excellent service for residents, patients, students, and guests. This role partners closely with clients and leadership to maintain quality, control costs, and support continuous improvement of the dining experience.
