School-Based Position | 2026-2027 School Year New York City (Five Boroughs) Clinical Staffing Resources is seeking dedicated and compassionate Social Workers and Guidance Counselors to support students throughout New York City's five boroughs for the 2026-2027 school year. This is an agency position designed to place qualified professionals in public, charter, and private school settings where they can make a meaningful impact on students' academic, social, and emotional success. Position Requirements Master's Degree in Social Work, School Counseling, or related field Appropriate New York State certification, license, or credentials required for your discipline Must be fluent in Bengali or Japanese (spoken and written) Experience working with school-aged children preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Ability to travel to school sites throughout the five boroughs as needed Responsibilities Provide individual and group counseling services to students Support students experiencing academic, behavioral, social, or emotional challenges Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers Assist in crisis intervention and conflict resolution Conduct assessments and maintain required documentation Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team meetings as appropriate Help connect students and families with community resources and support services Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment What We Offer School-based placements throughout New York City Flexible opportunities based on your availability and location Competitive compensation Dedicated support from our staffing team Opportunity to make a lasting impact in diverse school communities Location Assignments are available throughout: Manhattan Brooklyn Queens The Bronx Staten Island School Year 2026-2027 Academic Year If you are passionate about helping students succeed and are fluent in Bengali or Japanese, we encourage you to apply today and join our team of educational professionals supporting schools across New York City.
