Receptionist

Receptionist / Administrative Support Tallahassee, FL $25–$28/hour Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Temp-to-Hire #remedyjobs Seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist/Administrative Support professional to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, subcontractors, and clients. Responsibilities include answering and routing calls, greeting guests, managing mail and deliveries, maintaining filing systems, assisting with data entry, supporting accounts payable check distribution, coordinating office supplies, and providing administrative support to multiple departments. Qualified candidates should have at least 2 years of receptionist, administrative, or office support experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), strong communication skills, and excellent attention to detail. Experience in construction, architecture, engineering, or a related industry is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and delivering outstanding customer service.
