Director, Industry & Service Line Marketing Location: East Brunswick, New Jersey; Orlando, Florida; Princeton, New Jersey; Red Bank, New Jersey; Saddle Brook, New Jersey; Whippany, New Jersey. We are seeking a strategic, innovative, growth‑focused Director to lead a high‑performing marketing team across key industries and services lines for a national accounting and advisory firm. This role oversees a team responsible for the development and execution of industry‑specific and service line‑focused marketing strategies designed to drive growth, strengthen positioning, enhance value propositions, and support pipeline development. Responsibilities Oversee development and execution of multi‑channel marketing strategies for Industries, and Tax, Audit, and Advisory service lines. Define and articulate compelling industry value propositions that resonate with target audiences and differentiate the firm. Lead cross‑functional planning to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business growth objectives. Own strategy and accountability around account‑based marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry growth and business objectives. Collaborate with practice leaders to identify key accounts and oversee the development of multi‑channel marketing plans. Implement ABM programs leveraging digital campaigns, content, and thought leadership to deepen engagement and advance the pipeline. Utilize AI‑driven insights, market intelligence, and analytics to prioritize accounts, optimize engagement, and measure program impact. Establish and monitor KPIs, providing actionable reporting to the CMO and CGO. Drive thought leadership initiatives, including content creation, speaking opportunities, and research reports that position the firm as a trusted advisor. Work collaboratively with the Thought Leadership Marketing leader. Conduct ongoing market intelligence to identify trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities. Lead a team that plans, executes, and measures multi‑channel marketing campaigns across industries and services. Ensure marketing campaigns effectively communicate key messages, demonstrate measurable impact, and support business development goals. Collaborate with other marketing departments (digital, communications, creative, events) for cohesive messaging and brand alignment. Champion integration of advanced marketing technologies and automation to improve campaign performance and ROI. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, leading teams and managing cross‑functional initiatives, focusing on professional services or B2B growth marketing. Expertise in marketing strategy, campaign management, ABM, thought leadership, and market intelligence. Strong analytical skills with experience using AI‑driven tools and marketing analytics platforms. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Compensation & Benefits Compensation range: $140,000 - $165,000, salary varies by location.
