This is an ideal role for a professional with 2 to 5 years of experience who is "easy to work with" and hungry to grow within a tech-forward, rapidly expanding company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Closing Management: Facilitate and manage a pipeline of mortgage closings from inception to completion with total accuracy.
  
• Relationship Stewardship: Act as a professional liaison for realtors, lenders, and wholesale partners, providing a premium, high-touch closing experience.
  
• Document Mastery: Prepare and review closing disclosures, settlement statements, and all required legal instruments for Florida transactions.
  
• Financial Integrity: Balance files, manage the receipt and disbursement of funds, and ensure escrow accounts are reconciled according to regulations.
  
• Quality Control: Perform thorough reviews of title commitments and clearing requirements to ensure every file is ready for a seamless signing.
  
• Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and resolve last-minute title obstacles early to ensure timely and professional outcomes.
  
• Process Evolution: Utilize modern tools and provide feedback on workflows to help the firm continue to scale its improved closing model.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Professional Background: 2-5 years of dedicated experience in a Title Closer or Escrow Officer role.
  
• Adaptability: A growth mindset with the ability to navigate high-volume workflows and wholesale lending timelines.
  
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with industry-standard software (Qualia, SoftPro, or RamQuest) is required.
  
• Communication Mastery: You are known for being easy to work with and possess the professional polish to represent a rapidly expanding brand.
  
• Florida Standards: Strong foundational knowledge of Florida title standards and Pinellas County local regulations.
  
• Resilience: The ability to remain calm, organized, and meticulously detail-oriented in a deadline-driven environment.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $60,000.00 - $75,000.00
