This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role for an engineering‑minded project manager ready to own the full lifecycle of complex custom systems—from purchase order through customer acceptance. You'll work closely with sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams in a collaborative environment built around quality, innovation, and long‑term growth. Employment Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $85,000–$100,000/year plus bonus and full benefits What You’ll Own: Lead projects end‑to‑end from purchase order through customer sign‑off Create and manage Bills of Materials, installation drawings, and detailed project documentation Serve as the liaison between engineering and manufacturing teams Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables Maintain schedules by coordinating activities and resolving issues proactively Participate in and lead R&D and continuous improvement initiatives What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or equivalent 5+ years of engineering design experience 3+ years of project management experience Strong experience creating and managing Bills of Materials (BOMs) Proficiency in CAD (AutoCAD, Inventor) Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and solution‑focused Strong communicator with proven ability to collaborate and delegate effectively across teams Ability to travel approximately 15–20%, including domestic and international travel as needed Bonus Points: PMP certification ERP experience (NetSuite or similar) Background in material handling, industrial, construction, or manufacturing environments Experience with metal fabrication, CNC, or FEA software (NASTRAN, ANSYS, or similar) Interested?
