Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive client assessments to accurately identify mental health needs and establish effective treatment plans tailored to each individual. Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to deliver personalized individual therapy sessions, focusing on issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Set therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, monitoring and evaluating progress to adjust treatment plans as necessary. Provide teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients with varying needs. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress notes to comply with ethical and legal standards. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in mental health counseling. Patient Population / Client Focus Our therapists serve a diverse clientele with a broad range of mental health needs, including adults experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other significant emotional challenges. Qualifications Current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred. Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills, coupled with a non-judgmental attitude towards clients. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, with strong organizational skills. Preferred Experience While our primary requirement is a valid license, candidates with prior experience in a teletherapy setting, and those who have specialized training in trauma-informed care or evidence-based practices, will be given preference.
