Site Operations SpecialistThe Site Operations Specialist role supports daily coordination with warehouse vendors, with a strong focus on e-commerce B2C order execution, monitoring, and operational reporting. This role ensures orders move accurately and on time while maintaining visibility into warehouse performance.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Order Execution & Monitoring (B2B+B2C)Monitor daily order fulfillment status, including released, picked, packed, shipped, and backordered ordersTrack warehouse backlog, carrier cutoffs, and shipment delaysCoordinate with warehouse vendors to resolve execution issues in real timeSupport returns (RMA) processing and status trackingVendor Coordination & Issue ResolutionCommunicate daily priorities and volume updates to warehouse vendorsInvestigate shipment delays, order errors, damages, and inventory discrepanciesEscalate recurring or high-risk issues to the Senior Warehouse Vendor SupervisorPrepare daily/weekly operational reports and exception summariesInventory Reconciliation & Physical Validated SupportCreate Inventory Reconciliation Report and Support cycle counts, inventory checks, and discrepancies follow-upsMaintain accurate operational records and documentationAssist with process changes, system updates, and warehouse transition activitiesRequired Qualification:Years of EducationBachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent degree and 4 years of relevant business experience OR High School diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant business experience; in logistics, supply chain management, and/or project managementWork Experience4 + years of experience in logistics environment and project managementStrong knowledge of inventory control and WMS systemsSolid understanding of bonded warehouse regulations, inventory control, and compliance requirementsExperience working with WMS, ERP, or Inventory management systemsKnowledge and SkillsThe specific minimum competencies required for job performance.Expert in vendor management of 3PL to ensure KPI's are achievedProactive and have the ability to work well independently as well as in a team environmentWork well with cross functional teamsStrong ownership and organization skillsProven skills with MS Visio and MS Excel in order to successfully execute projectsAbility to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is requiredAbility to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining strong partnering relationships with internal and external customersExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishPreferred Qualifications:Background in logistics and supply chain managementAbility to plan and prioritize workMust be highly organized and able to manage multiple responsibilitiesModel leadership behaviors supporting integrity, valuing diversity, innovation, building relationships, customer focus and teamworkSoftware skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications.Verbal and written communication skills are necessary to explain complex and/or confidential information.Working Conditions :Office / Warehouse environmentRequires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of time5% Domestic Travel$71,000 to $85,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fontana/Lynwood/Carson/City of Industry, California. The final amount will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
