CNC Programmer

CNC Programmer Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer to join a leading manufacturing team supporting precision‑machined components. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced programmer who thrives in a fast‑paced machining environment and enjoys taking ownership of programming, process improvements, and production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of CNC programming experience, strong knowledge of multi‑axis machining, and the ability to support complex, tight‑tolerance parts from concept through production. Experience in the aerospace industry is highly preferred. Responsibilities Develop and optimize CNC programs for precision‑machined components. Take ownership of programming and process improvement initiatives. Enhance production efficiency through innovative programming solutions. Support complex, tight‑tolerance parts from concept through production. Troubleshoot machining and programming issues independently. Select cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and work‑holding methods. Essential Skills Minimum 5 years of CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with CAM software such as Mastercam, GibbsCAM, NX, Fusion 360, or similar platforms. Strong experience programming CNC Mills and Multi‑Axis Machining Centers. Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and engineering drawings. Strong understanding of GD&T. Experience supporting tight‑tolerance precision machining operations. Additional Skills & Qualifications Aerospace manufacturing experience. Experience with 4‑axis and 5‑axis machining centers. Understanding of AS9100 quality standards. Experience programming complex aerospace, defense, or high‑precision components. Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing process development. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 – $52.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
