Strategic Operations Leader for Growth & Profitability

Unified Therapy Services

Unifiedtherapy in Dubuque, IA seeks an experienced executive to partner with the CEO on vision, strategy and profitability. You will translate strategy into annual plans, drive hiring, operations and performance management, and build a culture where high performance is expected and rewarded.

You will oversee finance, HR and operations, lead a growing leadership team, implement EOS processes, monitor KPI dashboards, and relentlessly pursue growth with disciplined cost control to deliver
