District Sales Manager

To drive sales and customer satisfaction in a remote capacity, the full-time District Sales Manager will develop strategic plans, provide technical support, and collaborate with internal teams while covering the sales territory of Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, and Kentucky. Key responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new customers and expand existing business Provide technical support and training to customers, distributors, and representatives to enhance sales volume Collaborate with engineering and customer service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and manage product installations Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing technical roles, preferably with rotating equipment Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in technical sales Strong understanding of mechanical applications and equipment reliability principles Self-starter with the ability to independently manage a sales territory Demonstrated competency with MS Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
