Responsibilities Draft legal documents, including trusts, wills, and powers of attorney. Provide counsel on estate planning and trust administration. Manage trust and probate administration, including court documents and client communication. Assist with conservatorships and guardianships. Represent clients in court appearances. Collaborate with team members for seamless client services. Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues. Manage case files autonomously, ensuring deadlines are met. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in trust and estate planning or administration. Proven ability to meet billable hour requirements. Strong communication and strategic legal skills. Proactive problem-solving and organizational skills. Collaborative mindset and client-focused approach. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
