Job Details

• Handle matters across insurance law, including insurance coverage, personal injury, automobile accidents, general casualty, bad faith, and appeals
• Manage all aspects of pre-trial discovery, including fact and expert depositions
• Lead motion practice and substantive case evaluation
• Provide clear, timely reporting to clients
• Serve as trial counsel

Experience:

• 10+ years of civil defense litigation experience
• Active Ohio bar license in good standing
• Superior analytical, writing, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
