Senior Litigation Attorney


A respected and established law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to join its team. This is an opportunity for a seasoned litigator who enjoys handling challenging matters, working directly with clients, and taking ownership of their cases.


The firm is open to attorneys with experience across a variety of civil litigation practices. Strong litigation and courtroom experience is highly valued.

What You'll Do

• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
  
  
• Develop case strategy and assess litigation risks
  
  
• Handle depositions, hearings, motions and other litigation proceedings
  
  
• Prepare matters for trial and, when appropriate, take cases to trial
  
  
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
  
  
• Work independently while collaborating with an experienced legal team
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Active bar license in Arizona
  
  
• Significant civil litigation experience
  
  
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
  
  
• Demonstrated courtroom experience
  
  
• Excellent judgment and case-management abilities
  
  
• Strong client-service skills
  
  
• Ability to independently manage complex matters
