Temporary, Part-Time Accounting Clerk needed for 20 hours per week

Flexible schedule working 20 hours per week Monday - Thursday

Responsibilities:

• Prepare customer invoices, apply cash receipts, and assist with account reconciliations and billing inquiries.
• Create, maintain, and track tariff reports; coordinate with internal teams to gather information and follow up on outstanding charges.
• Complete customer and supplier forms, including setup and registration documentation, and maintain supporting records.
• Prepare miscellaneous reports, spreadsheets, and other accounting information as assigned.
• Provide general accounting and administrative support, including month-end assistance and special projects.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma - Degree preferred

1-2 years of Accounts Receivable experience

Strong Excel

Knowledge of Epicor Accounting Software
