This role involves performing maintenance inspections, educating homeowners, and executing repairs to ensure garage door systems operate safely and reliably. Key Responsibilities Perform Annual Maintenance Club tune-ups for residential garage door customers. Conduct thorough garage door inspections using company checklists to ensure all issues are identified. Diagnose worn, damaged, or unsafe components and document findings accurately. Present repair and maintenance recommendations to homeowners clearly and professionally. Sell approved repair and maintenance work with confidence. Complete repairs on springs, rollers, cables, openers, keypads, and related components. Educate customers on garage door safety and proper operation. Handle callback visits and customer concerns with a focus on resolution. Support warehouse inventory, receiving, and load-out activities when needed. Maintain accurate job documentation through the company software. Requirements Respectful, professional, and friendly approach with customers. Able to bend, climb, kneel, and remain on your feet for extended periods. Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs. Valid driver’s license with a minimum of three years of clean driving history. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test (THC excluded) and criminal background check. Comfortable using navigation apps, tablets, and basic software tools. Basic familiarity with hand tools. Professional appearance at all times. Must be currently eligible to work legally in the United States.
