Human Resources Specialist

Contract: 6-Month Contract (20 hours/week) with opportunity to convert to a full-time permanent employee (40 hours/week) Preferred Hours: Monday–Friday, ideally 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM daily We are seeking a proactive and hands‑on HR Consultant to provide general HR support within a growing small organization. This role is ideal for a self‑starter who enjoys working closely with employees, supporting onboarding efforts, and serving as a trusted day‑to‑day HR resource. Responsibilities Support employee onboarding and new hire processes Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and general HR support Assist with employee follow‑up, communication, and engagement initiatives Help maintain HR processes, documentation, and organizational practices Partner with leadership to support a positive and productive workplace environment Provide administrative and operational HR support as needed Requirements 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably within small or growing organizations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self‑starter with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset Experience supporting onboarding and employee relations activities Comfortable working independently in a collaborative onsite environment Organized, dependable, and responsive to employee needs Must be legally authorized to work in the United States #J-18808-Ljbffr Meet Life Sciences
