Site IT & OT Support Technician

HCLTech is hiring for an onsite IT engineer to support printers, devices, and OT systems at multiple sites in the Dallas area. You will handle deskside support, network issues, and coordination with OT vendors to keep operations running smoothly. The role requires extensive experience with Windows/macOS, SCCM/Intune/AD/JAMF, RF scanners, Zebra printers, and ITIL processes.
