IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer (Internal Help Desk)
We are looking for an experienced IT support engineer to handle internal IT support as part of a global team. You will be responsible for daily support tasks such as Wi-Fi issues, Outlook problems, PC/printer setup, and account management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT help desk support to internal users (onsite/remote)
- Set up and troubleshoot Windows / macOS PCs
- Support Office 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Configure and maintain Canon multifunction printers
- Manage devices using Intune / MDM
- Handle access management through Azure AD / SSO
- Perform asset management and ticket system tasks
- Support Cisco Webex / TelePresence
- Communicate with the global team in simple English
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Windows Intune / MDM
- Support experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365
- Practical experience with Azure AD / SSO
- Troubleshooting experience with Canon printers
- Experience with ITSM / ticket management systems
