IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer (Internal Help Desk)

We are looking for an experienced IT support engineer to handle internal IT support as part of a global team. You will be responsible for daily support tasks such as Wi-Fi issues, Outlook problems, PC/printer setup, and account management.

Responsibilities:

Provide IT help desk support to internal users (onsite/remote)
Set up and troubleshoot Windows / macOS PCs
Support Office 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Configure and maintain Canon multifunction printers
Manage devices using Intune / MDM
Handle access management through Azure AD / SSO
Perform asset management and ticket system tasks
Support Cisco Webex / TelePresence
Communicate with the global team in simple English

Required Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with Windows Intune / MDM
Support experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS
Experience using Microsoft Office 365
Practical experience with Azure AD / SSO
Troubleshooting experience with Canon printers
Experience with ITSM / ticket management systems

Desired Traits:

Can prioritize tasks in a busy environment

Comfortable working in a global environment
