Technical Business Development (Model Labs) Primary liaison for fal's model lab partners, driving model launches, infrastructure development, co-selling, and program management with direct impact on revenue growth. Compensation is $220k–$270k OTE. $220,000 – $270,000 / yr Location On-site Seniority — Compared with 22 other Go To Market roles: Common across similar roles Unique to this role Responsibilities Lead complex commercial negotiations: MSAs, NRE, cost models, open-book pricing, ramp and capacity commitments, risk-buy frameworks Unique Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders at partner companies Oversee successful deployment and scaling of generative AI models with partners Work with partners to design infrastructure solutions for reliable, scalable model deployments Collaborate on joint marketing, co-sell opportunities, and product integrations Lead the Model Launch Program: timelines, deliverables, cross-functional teams Unique Drive consumption-based revenue targets, partner satisfaction, and expansion KPIs Unique What you'll need Experience 4+ years at an infrastructure or cloud company with expertise in contract negotiations, strategic partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives Previous Account Executive experience in AI, technology, or enterprise software preferred Proven track record driving partner success and managing complex multi-stakeholder initiatives Strong understanding of AI infrastructure, generative models, and model deployment processes Unique Experience in co-selling, joint marketing, and building GTM strategies with external partners Unique Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences #J-18808-Ljbffr Workman Labs
