What You’ll Do As a Sushi Chef at Sushi Q Elkridge, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing sushi efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Expertly filleting and butchering fish using advanced knife skills. Ensuring every plate is presented accurately and artfully. Maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards. Collaborating seamlessly with the larger kitchen team. Managing time effectively to complete orders promptly and with precision. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need: At least 1 year of experience as a Sushi Chef. Proficiency in sushi rolling techniques. Advanced knife skills and expertise in fish butchery. A strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
