Benefits Coordinator

Supporting the coordination of benefits review activities, the full-time Processor, Coordination of Benefits will manage administrative tasks, data entry, and maintain accurate insurance records while collaborating with other carriers for payment validation. Key responsibilities Provide telephone and administrative support for the coordination of benefits team Validate COB leads using insurance company portals and update relevant databases Coordinate with CMS for premium restoration and log necessary tickets Required qualifications At least 1 year of administrative support experience or equivalent education and experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks to meet internal deadlines Experience working collaboratively in a matrixed organization Customer service skills and attention to detail
