Director - Process Data Enablement Product Owner

Position Summary The Director, Process Data Enablement Product Owner, is responsible for defining key capabilities, developing a roadmap, and driving delivery for process data and analytics products. Leads a team of product analysts and data engineers to deliver high-quality, reliable, governed data products enabling Process Performance Monitoring (PPM), batch data investigations, and cross-site process robustness analyses, and supports the development/adoption of Process Digital Twins. Key Responsibilities Define and communicate product vision/roadmap for process data enablement, aligned to business goals and user needs. Lead, mentor, and develop product analysts and data engineers. Oversee product lifecycle (conception to sustainment), including gathering and prioritizing requirements. Collaborate with S&T stakeholders (biologics, small molecule, vaccines) to deliver data products/analytics solutions. Drive data acquisition, data quality, and data governance. Promote data literacy and self‑service analytics. Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value. Ensure compliance with SDLC, GMP/GxP, and other regulatory requirements. Build relationships across manufacturing sites, Development/Commercialization teams, and IT to support process transfers/launches. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering/CS/related field + 10+ years relevant experience. Product ownership/management experience; launched data‑intensive products. Leadership experience managing/mentoring technical teams. Strong communication and stakeholder influence/negotiation. Strategic thinker translating business needs into product vision. Biopharmaceutical manufacturing process and data systems knowledge (e.g., MES, LIMS, PI, SAP). Preferred Qualifications Small molecule API manufacturing process knowledge. Agile experience; digital/innovative mindset. Advanced analytics/ML/AI in manufacturing. Data visualization tools (OSI PI, Power BI, Seeq).
