Go Rentals is a privately held luxury car rental and transportation services company specializing in serving private aviation travelers, high-net-worth individuals, hospitality guests, executives, and entertainment industry clients. Position Overview Go Rentals is seeking an experienced Benefits & Leave Manager to oversee and continuously enhance leave of absence, benefits, and compliance programs for our growing, multi-state workforce of nearly 1,000 employees. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this is a highly visible individual contributor role responsible for ensuring employees receive a best-in-class, concierge-style experience while maintaining compliance with complex federal, state, and local regulations. What You'll Do Administer and improve leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, CFRA, PDL, paid family leave, sick leave, disability, workers’ compensation, and return-to-work processes Serve as the subject matter expert for health, welfare, retirement, and disability benefits programs Manage relationships with benefits brokers, leave administrators, and other third-party vendors Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125, and applicable leave laws Lead annual open enrollment, employee benefit education, and ongoing communications Partner with Payroll, HRIS, Legal, and HR leadership on complex employee cases, policy administration, and system updates Oversee benefits reporting, audits, regulatory filings, and compliance programs, including EEO-1, VETS-4212, ACA, and retirement plan requirements Analyze program utilization, costs, and trends to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of progressive leave and/or benefits administration experience supporting a multi-state workforce Strong expertise in FMLA, ADA, state leave laws, COBRA, workers' compensation, and disability programs Working knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and benefits compliance requirements Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, UKG, or ADP Experience working in both self-insured and fully insured environments Proven success managing vendors and delivering exceptional employee support Strong analytical, reporting, project management, and compliance skills Ability to handle sensitive employee and medical information with discretion Ability to travel approximately 15-25% Preferred Qualifications PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CEBS, or similar certification Experience supporting a geographically dispersed workforce in a hospitality, luxury service, or other high-touch environment Experience with new program implementation, M&A integration, or policy harmonization Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus Why Go Rentals?
