Strategic Account Manager, Growth & Relationships

Otis Worldwide Corporation in Roseville, MN is seeking an Associate, Account Manager to strengthen customer relationships, manage inquiries, and drive account retention. You will serve as the main contact for billing, scheduling, and service concerns, supporting both customers and operations teams.
