HR Operations Leader - Global Compliance & HRIS

Whitecap Search is seeking an experienced leader to oversee and enhance our HR operations. You will ensure compliant, efficient HR processes across the full employee lifecycle and partner with the VP of HR to drive operational excellence. You will administer Paycor HRIS, manage benefits and compliance, and develop HR metrics to support data-driven decisions across domestic and international populations.
