Position: General Laborer

As a General Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations across various departments. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys physical work, and wants to be part of a dependable, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
Assist in production, assembly, and warehouse tasks.
Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols.
Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision.
Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members.
Perform quality checks and report any issues or inconsistencies.
Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control functions.

Qualifications:

Prior general labor, warehouse, or industrial experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
Flexible and able to adapt to different tasks and duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: New Rate change date 6/9/25: $18.00, plus $1.00 for shift differential, total hourly rate $19.00
