IT Support Technician I

Were looking for an IT Support Technician I to support our Information Systems team in the Omaha office . In this role, youll be the first point of contact for employees across the organizationtroubleshooting issues, providing technical support, and helping keep our systems running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to IT support requests (phone, email, in-person)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues
- Track and resolve tickets in a timely manner
- Provide technical support to employees across all departments
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of devices and systems
- Communicate clearly and professionally with users
- Participate in rotating on-call support
- Support additional IT projects as needed
Qualifications
- Associates Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
OR High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant experience - 1+ year of IT Help Desk or technical support experience
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

Physical Requirements
- Frequent sitting, computer use, and communication
