Talent Acquisition Sourcer

Job Description

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer (Hybrid/Remote Options - Orange County, CA | Dallas, TX | Remote)
Hourly range: $45-$55 per hour DOE
Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or related talent identification work
• Proven ability to proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter , networking, referrals, job boards, and other online platforms
• Experience supporting corporate, professional, technical, and/or high-volume recruiting environments
• Strong talent mapping and pipeline-building capabilities for recurring, critical, and hard-to-fill roles
• Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills-especially through compelling outreach
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management tools
• Ability to manage multiple searches and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track sourcing effectiveness and use recruiting metrics/market data to refine strategy
• Commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience and supporting diversity-focused sourcing initiatives

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience providing market intelligence related to talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive hiring activity
• Strong employer branding instincts and messaging skills to increase engagement with passive talent

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
