HR Coordinator

Iron Insurance Partners is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the daily operations of the HR department. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources. The HR Coordinator will provide administrative support to the HR Director and Payroll & Benefits Analyst while helping ensure a positive experience for employees throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and enjoys helping others. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to multiple areas of Human Resources and grow within a rapidly expanding organization. Duties/Responsibilities Assist with posting open positions on job boards and recruiting platforms. Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. Prepare onboarding paperwork and new hire materials. Maintain employee personnel files and electronic records. Process rountine employee changes and updates. Assist with distributing company policies and collecting acknowledgements. Support HR projects and audits as needed. Assist with employee recognition programs, anniversaties, and celebrations. Help coordinate company events and employee activities. Perform other administrative duties to support to HR team. Applicant must live or be able to commute to Lubbock, Texas. #J-18808-Ljbffr
