As a district-wide School Psychologist, you’ll be instrumental in supporting the academic, social, and emotional growth of learners throughout four school buildings. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative setting and are passionate about providing comprehensive psychological services to diverse student populations.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Vermont School Psychologist Certificate (required)
- Previous experience as a School Psychologist in K-12 settings highly desirable
- Strong proficiency in assessment, data interpretation, and report writing
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Role Highlights:
- Serve students district-wide, working across four buildings with a wide range of ages and needs
- Conduct psychological assessments, develop intervention plans, and provide counseling and consultation
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student achievement and well-being
- Participate in eligibility, IEP/504, and problem-solving teams throughout the academic year
- Full-time contract position, 35-37.5 hours weekly, spanning from August 26, 2026, to June 14, 2027
