What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and our service

department.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers professionally and create an outstanding first impression

• Listen carefully to customer concerns

• Prepare repair orders and maintenance recommendations

• Explain repairs and maintenance in an easy-to-understand manner

• Present estimates and obtain customer authorization

• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process

• Coordinate repairs with technicians and parts personnel

• Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately

• Build long-term customer relationships based on trust and exceptional service

We're Looking For Experienced Automotive Service Advisors AND/OR Individuals with experience in:

• Customer Service

• Retail

• Hospitality

• Restaurants

• Banking

• Healthcare

• Sales

• Call Centers

• Business Development

Successful candidates will possess:

• Outstanding customer service skills

• Excellent communication abilities

• Valid driver's license

Previous automotive experience is helpful but not required. We'll provide the training you need to succeed.

Compensation & Benefits

Experienced Advisors

$75,000–$150,000+ annually

Entry-Level Advisors

$50,000–$75,000+ annually

Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus opportunities while you complete our paid training

program.
