Description

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients in inpatient or outpatient settings and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement physical therapy protocols honed to enhance mobility, strength, balance, and overall function

• Guide patients and their families on therapy goals, discharge initiatives, and at-home exercises

• Participate in interdisciplinary care team meetings and rounds to ensure seamless patient care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalently accredited degree

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
• Certifications in specialized areas (neurology, geriatrics) are beneficial but not mandatory
