Public Safety Lead Officer

Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital seeks a Public Safety Lead Officer to oversee daily security operations and ensure a safe, healing environment for patients, visitors, and staff. In this on-site leadership role, you will supervise safety officers, coordinate incident response, manage access control, and partner with clinical teams to support emergency preparedness and de-escalation. You will champion a compassionate, community-centered approach to public safety that reflects MLKCH’s mission of health equity and culturally responsive care in South Los Angeles.
