This new opportunity offers: Strong compensation package Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401k Bonus opportunity Vehicle Allowance Primary responsibilities of the job include: Responsible for preparing all contracts, purchase orders and change orders for all projects Tracking and recording of insurance certificates, workers compensation and vendor W-9’s Prepares and distributes meeting minutes, weekly and monthly reports Prepare weekly project reports and distribute to Project Managers Assist with budgeting, reporting, and bookkeeping, invoices, and cost coding A successful candidate will possess the following: The Project Assistant must have excellent communication skills. The Project Assistant must demonstrate attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
