Seeking a Locum Primary Care Physician to provide coverage beginning May 15.

Location: Colonial Heights

Schedule: 3 days per week

Coverage Duration: 6 months

Practice Details

• Practice Setting: Primary Care Clinic
• Patient Volume: Approximately 22 patients per day
• Practice Population: Adult, Geriatric, and Pediatric
• Mid-Level Support: 1
• Exam Rooms: 3 assigned to provider (10 total in clinic)
• EMR: Epic

Services Available Onsite

• Laboratory
• Radiology

Required Procedures

• Adult outpatient primary care
• General pediatric outpatient care
• Pelvic exams / Pap smears
• Suturing of minor lacerations
• Incision & drainage (I&D)

Additional Information

• No call responsibilities
• No supervision of other providers
• No ED backup or in-house code response
• Emergency supplies available (Defibrillator, Airway equipment)

Credentialing Timeframe 4560 days

Requirements

• Board Certified / Board Eligible
• Active Virginia license
• BLS certification
• Must be available to start May 15 for 6 months
• Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of submission required
