You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, handle paperwork, schedule shipments, and help keep everything on track behind the scenes. Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Schedule: 1st Shift (Mon‑Fri, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm) Must be bilingual in Korean and English. What You’ll Do: Customer Communication – Be the friendly, go‑to expert for both internal and external customers, ensuring top‑notch service and smooth operations. Schedule & Organize – Keep things moving! Manage inbound and outbound shipments, coordinate carrier appointments, and keep schedules on track. Paperwork Perfection – Process orders, Bills of Lading, and verify documentation with accuracy—because details matter! Dock & Yard Coordination – Assign dock doors, track trailers, and maintain key reports to ensure everything runs smoothly. Team Player – Work closely with shift leads and jump in to support shipping and receiving when needed—teamwork makes the dream work! What We’re Looking For: High School Diploma or GED required. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (required) . Comfortable with Microsoft Office and ready to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
