Dental Front Office Assistant/Business Assistant Beach Dental Studio is looking for a Business Assistant to join our team. Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5:00pm and Friday 9am-2pm Why Heartland Dental? Join a team that thrives on collaboration, communication and community We are a fun and hardworking group of dental professionals with a family atmosphere for our patients and team members Our office is located off of Thomas Drive near the Wendy's and Panama City Beach winery What our team is looking for: 1+ years of experience in a dental, optical, or medical front desk role 1+years of experiencewith insurance billing and accountsreceivable Dentrix or other dental software experience is preferred Someone who is timely, organized, and driven Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment Excellent communication and organizational skills The position will have access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job-related functions; regular HIPAA training, aligning with the specific role and responsibilities, will be required; and the individual will need to protect PHI and maintain data safeguards. Physical Requirements: Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
