Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clients' needs assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual therapy goals.

• Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions utilizing best practices that align with each client's unique circumstances.

• Document client progress rigorously through timely creation and submission of biopsychosocial assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with clinic policies.

• Engage in regular communication with clients' families, collaborating outside clinicians, and referring parties as necessary to provide cohesive and consistent care.

• Formulate and implement aftercare plans to ensure clients are equipped with resources and strategies upon discharge from therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals and families grappling with various mental and behavioral health challenges. This includes clients with co-occurring disorders as well as those requiring support for substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in New York State.

• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in mental and behavioral health settings, with an emphasis on individual and group therapy.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries and uphold client confidentiality at all times.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, facilitating clear and effective interactions with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, along with additional bonuses based on performance.
