Contract Specialist

Overview Thinkfind is seeking a Senior Contract Specialist to manage the complete contract lifecycle for a dedicated business client while working directly with the legal team. This individual will independently draft, review, revise, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, recommend and incorporate appropriate contractual language, and make sound drafting decisions with minimal attorney oversight. Responsibilities include coordinating contracts from initiation through execution, partnering closely with attorneys and internal business stakeholders, prioritizing multiple agreements simultaneously, and ensuring contracts comply with company policies and legal standards. Responsibilities Coordinate contracts from initiation through execution Partner closely with attorneys and internal business stakeholders Prioritize and manage multiple agreements simultaneously Ensure contracts comply with company policies and legal standards Qualifications At least five years of contract management experience within a large corporate environment, preferably supporting legal, sourcing, procurement, or a related business function Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and analytical abilities; ability to make independent contract drafting decisions Salesforce or similar contract management platform experience preferred but not required (client provides extensive training on internal systems) Certified Paralegal is not required but a plus Work Arrangement Onsite four days per week (80%), with Tuesdays mandatory and the remaining onsite days flexible Office hours typically 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with scheduling flexibility Interview Process Two rounds: an initial virtual interview with three attorneys, followed by a second interview with the hiring manager (preferably onsite) #J-18808-Ljbffr
