Role Description The Regional Director of Hospital Sales is a full‑time position in the Northeast or Midwest or Northwest, or Southwest regions of the country . This role is responsible for leading and growing hospital accounts within an assigned region, including developing sales strategies, managing key relationships, and driving revenue for sïParadigm’s diagnostic testing services. Day‑to‑day tasks include identifying new hospital opportunities, presenting clinical and economic value propositions to hospital leadership, negotiating contracts, and overseeing implementation of service agreements. The Regional Director will collaborate closely with internal clinical, operations, and customer service teams to ensure high‑quality support and satisfaction for hospital clients. This role also involves monitoring market trends, forecasting regional performance, reporting on sales metrics, and providing ongoing training and guidance to sales staff in the region. Qualifications 10+ years of hsopital sales, preferably in laboratroy services Willingness to travel 75% of time Strong foundation in Medicine or clinical diagnostics to effectively communicate testing solutions and value to hospital stakeholders. Demonstrated Operations Management experience in healthcare or laboratory services, including coordination between sales, clinical, and support teams. Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a track record of building and maintaining long‑term hospital relationships. Proven success in hospital or healthcare B2B sales, preferably in diagnostics, laboratory services, or oncology. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage C‑suite and clinical decision‑makers. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences); advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
