Director, Derivatives Counsel (New York)

Investment bank with hybrid schedule and long term growth opportunitiesSupport equity derivatives, trading documentation legalAbout Our ClientTop investment banking client.Job DescriptionThe Senior Derivatives Counsel will be a key member of the investment bank's legal team with a focus on equity derivatives, ISDA trading documentation, and other legal matters with room to expand into other areas.
