Role Summary: The Food & Beverage Category Coordinator supports the Category Management team in executing assortment strategies, maintaining category reporting, coordinating vendor communications, and ensuring successful implementation of category initiatives. Responsibilities: Support assortment management activities for assigned product categories. Coordinate item setup, maintenance, and SKU lifecycle management across systems. Maintain category calendars and track launches, tests, resets, and promotions. Prepare weekly and monthly reporting and analysis. Coordinate vendor meetings and follow-up actions. Support product launches, pricing analysis, planogram execution, and ad hoc projects. Requirements: Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred and 1-3 years of relevant experience with analytics, planning, theater management/operations, or category management experience. Skills & Abilities Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. Power BI experience preferred. Knowledge of retail math and inventory metrics. Strong communication and project management skills. Relex or similar planogram software experience preferred but not required. Highly organized and detail oriented. Analytical and comfortable working with large datasets. Proactive and collaborative.
