What You'll Do

• Perform and evaluate respiratory care procedures, including invasive and non-invasive therapies
• Respond promptly to changing patient needs in various hospital units
• Interpret physician orders to deliver appropriate respiratory treatments
• Monitor and assess patient responses, adjusting care as needed
• Serve as a consultant by communicating with the clinical team regarding respiratory care plans
• Assist with critical care procedures with minimal supervision
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and responses

What You Need

• NBRC Certification (RRT or CRT)
• Valid Kansas state license or ability to obtain one
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Prior experience in hospital and critical care settings
