• Minimum of 5 years of related business development and Key/National Accounts sales experience
• Minimum of 1 year(s) of experience in the fire alarm/life safety industry
• Willing to travel 60-70% of the time
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders/decision makers by educating and acting as a consultant to introduce and expose Honeywell Fire's product portfolio and solutions.
• Partner with customer leadership to secure and maintain Honeywell on corporate approved-vendor lists.
• Develop and execute annual account plans with mutually agreed goals and actions.
• Consistently deliver revenue and profitability targets by retaining the installed base.
• Coordinate with Honeywell Sales Leaders and Regional Sales Managers to translate corporate approvals into branch-level execution.
