Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough audits of dealer warranty claim submissions and initiate chargebacks for noncompliance.
• Prepare and maintain records of all audit-related communications, including notification letters and detailed reports.
• Analyze warranty KPIs and claim submission patterns to detect potential deviations.
• Collaborate with dealership management and corporate teams to ensure compliance with Warranty and Dealer Policy manuals.
• Provide training and support to improve compliance with warranty policies and procedures.
• Utilize data analytics to enhance dealer compliance in warranty-related areas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5-7 years of experience in automotive retail and technical fields.
• Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of risk management and control objectives.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business environments.

Preferences:

• Direct experience in warranty auditing.
• Understanding of the franchised dealership model.
