Associate Attorney - Professional Liability

Established (50+ Years) and Growing Firm Seeking Attorneys for Civil Litigation in King of Prussia, PA; Philadelphia; and Wilmington, DE!

An established firm based in Philadelphia with offices in King of Prussia, PA and Wilmington, DE with over 50 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2-5+ years of civil litigation experience to join their Professional Litigation team. This Attorney will have experience defending insurance agents, real estate professionals, directors and officers, and other licensed professionals in professional negligence matters, working closely with shareholders in a collaborative, mentorship-driven litigation practice.

Salary range: $120,000-$150,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
2-5+ years of civil litigation experience with civil litigation experience preferred
Active license to practice law in the State you will be working in is required
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based litigation environment

Responsibilities:
Defend insurance agents, real estate professionals, directors and officers, and other licensed professionals in professional negligence litigation
Collaborate with shareholders and senior associates across all phases of litigation
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents while conducting legal research
Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances as experience develops
Take on increasing case management responsibility as skills and confidence grow
