About the Role
The Company is in search of a Clinical Scientist with a VP level of experience to join their team. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the development of clinical study protocols, investigator brochures, informed consents, and other essential study documents. This role requires a professional with a PhD, PharmD, or equivalent advanced degree in a relevant scientific field, and a minimum of 7 years of industry experience in clinical development, particularly in the oncology sector. The Clinical Scientist will be responsible for providing clinical scientific expertise, supporting clinical trial design, and ensuring the scientific alignment of programs through collaboration with cross-functional teams. A solid understanding of clinical trial design, GCP/ICH guidelines, and regulatory documentation requirements is essential, as is the ability to analyze and interpret complex clinical data to drive scientific insights. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a proven track record in medical monitoring, clinical trial execution, and a passion for innovation in drug discovery. Strong communication and collaborative skills are a must, as the role involves working closely with Translational Research, Clinical Operations, and Biometrics. The Clinical Scientist will also be involved in the preparation of clinical sections for regulatory submissions and must be adept at detailed medical and scientific data reviews. Experience in fast-paced, high-growth biotechnology environments is highly valued, and the company is looking for individuals with a collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit who can thrive in a dynamic work environment.
