Handyman / Apartment Maintenance Technician (5 Properties) — Fond du Lac, WI
Pay: $21–$22/hr | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm | Start: Immediate

We’re hiring a hands-on Handyman / Apartment Maintenance Technician to support five small apartment properties in the Fond du Lac area.

What you’ll do (in units):

• Fix common plumbing issues (leaks, faucets/toilets, clogs)
• Basic electrical (outlets/switches, light fixtures, breakers)
• Troubleshoot/repair appliances (range, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer)
• Drywall patching, doors/trim, painting & touch-ups
• HVAC basics (filter changes, thermostat checks); coordinate licensed vendors for larger repairs
• Move-in/move-out turns, preventative maintenance, emergency temporary fixes
• Complete work orders and communicate professionally with residents

What we’re looking for:

• Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
• Comfortable using hand/power tools; strong troubleshooting skills
• Good communication/customer service; physically able to perform maintenance tasks
• Apartment maintenance experience preferred, but transferable skills welcome (construction, remodeling, facilities, HVAC/plumbing/electrical, appliance repair, mechanical/auto, landscaping/janitorial, strong DIY)
