Assistant Controller / Office Manager

Mac Haik Southway Ford is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller / Office Manager to join one of the top-performing Ford dealerships in the nation.

This is an outstanding opportunity for the right candidate to work alongside a seasoned Controller and General Manager with over 20 years of tenure with the company. We pride ourselves on providing an excellent work environment, strong culture, and long-term career opportunities.

Requirements

Automotive dealership accounting experience is REQUIRED
CDK experience preferred
Strong understanding of dealership office operations
Must be able to hire, properly staff, and train office personnel
Ability to lead and develop a strong accounting office team
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
